Terms and Conditions

2. Ordering Process

  • How to Order: Orders can be placed through OrderSpace, WhatsApp, or email (orders@littlemancoffee.co.uk).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by midnight the day before the delivery day (e.g., midnight Sunday for Monday delivery).
  • Minimum Order: No minimum order required, but please order 2+ items if possible.

3. Delivery Details

  • Delivery Days and Times: Deliveries are made on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery times are from early morning until all orders are delivered.
  • Delivery Fee: Delivery is free.
  • Missed Deliveries: If no one is home to receive the delivery, we will either leave the order somewhere hidden and notify you via email or text. If no suitable 'hidden place' is available, we will deliver on the next possible delivery day.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payment can be made via payment link on the invoice, BACS, or GoCardless (preferred).
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date unless other terms have been agreed upon.

5. Cancellations and Returns

  • Order Cancellations: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order, preferably before it has been loaded onto the delivery van on the day of delivery.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Product Availability: Occasionally, we may be out of stock on certain items. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs.
  • Limitations of Liability: Little Man Coffee Ltd is not responsible for any delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any such issues.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Customer Information: We collect and use customer information solely for the purpose of processing and delivering orders. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Modifications and Updates

  • Changes to Terms: Little Man Coffee Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
